Celebrating Timeless Bonds, Lexicon Kids' Heartwarming Grandparents Day at Punyadham

 

Pune : Lexicon Kids, known for its commitment to holistic education, celebrated Grandparents Day in a truly special way. Recognizing the valuable role grandparents play in shaping the lives of their grandchildren, Lexicon Kids organized a heartwarming visit to Punyadham, a home for senior citizens.

Grandparents hold a unique place in our hearts, serving as a source of unconditional love, wisdom, and joy. The celebration aimed to honor and appreciate the elderly residents, showcasing the importance of intergenerational connections. It served as a poignant illustration to sensitize kids about the reality that parents, with time, grow old, similar to grandparents, and require care and love. This experience will help children understand the importance of bonds, instilling in them a sense of empathy and connection. To underscore these values, 60 members, including the head supervisor, teachers, and students, visited Punyadham.

To add to the joyous atmosphere, Lexicon Kids organized engaging games for the grandparents, creating moments of laughter and togetherness. The interaction between the students and the elderly residents showcased the timeless bond that exists between generations.
